The University Mentoring program is being expanded this year! The protegees will have the opportunity to participate in monthly sessions to practise presentation skills and to learn about having difficult conversations in the office. The 2 hour sessions will help the protegees's learn how to put a powerful
presentation together in less than 15 minutes and how to transfer those skills to their interviews. In addition, they will practise having difficult conversations in the professional arena; anything from having a discussion about your noisy office mate to how to deal with people attacking you privately or publicly in the office.
The sessions will be held at the Office for Women and we appreciate their support to the program.
